The capital of Sikkim, Gangtok is extremely beautiful, alluring pleasantly boisterous and is wreathed in clouds. It is one of the most mesmerizing hill stations. One of the most famous waterfalls of Sikkim, banjhakrifalls a 100-foot waterfall is located in the landscaped park with a forested area. This fall is known for its legends and myths, the Energy park present there, the manmade lake with dragon centre, the sculptures and figurines showcasing the Jhakri culture, beautiful small statues of Lyamy, Mangpas, Lepchas etc. Apart from that, the park also comprises of various, refreshment stalls, recreational activities, spiral stairs and a viewing point right in the middle.

Showcasing the different kinds of flowers found all over Sikkim under one room, Flower Exhibition Centre is situated in Gangtok, a true paradise for all the nature lovers. Here they display flowers throughout the year, and the annual flower show is held from April to May, which you wouldn't want to miss. One of the most important monasteries of Sikkim, Deorali Monastery is also known as Do Drul Chorten Gumpa. Every tourist who visits the Nathang Valley pays respect in this mandir. If you enter the temple you will see the most ineffable samadhi of the country.
